Human Backsupports for yard + riding?

Anyone know of a cheapish (below £30) Back support which works, in supporting the back for posture and preventing back pain, also one that looks okay over the top of clothes or doesn't skin rub beneath them.

Google Prolite back supports. I use mine all the time. I have had a particularly painful back in the past with my back spasming. I have used it all day and doesn't rub. Only just over your budget.
