Any recommendations? Does Rescue Remedy really work? Looking forward to going hunting but the thought of being broncked off is making me feel physically sick at the same time.

you can buy rescue remedy pastilles. they are about £5 a tin though and the lid falls off and they go everywhere. but scrape them up and suck on one on your way to the comp and you will be fine.

Rescue Remedy does work - as well as dropping it straight into your mouth you can put it in a bottle of water and sip at it through the day.

Do know people who feed the rescue remedy pastilles to the horses. I prefer a large G&T but anybody used the NAF magic calmer is that for the horse or rider btw

I have a shiny new hip flask waiting to be tried out but seems a little inappropriate for autumn hunting!

Kalms (you can get them from Boots) are also quite good.
