In desperation I put Humber up for sale this morning and was very quickly contacted by the very lady who bred him.

As a last ditch hope I went to a house a short walk away and knocked and explained my sorry situation. They have a paddock with a shelter and some hedges that I can use for the nominal fee of five pounds a week.

So tomorrow Humber and I will simply be able to walk to his new home, leaving behind the meddling, shouting, spineless nasties and taking a big bunch of flowers with us!

Thanks all.

Shame because it was great where I was before until one person ruined it... but then the YO showed her true colours which was really the final straw.

Meanwhile, I'm going to save frantically for my own land... starting with the penny jar ;)

Definitely - I get to keep my pony!

I've sold ponies before but this one's different. I feel we have such a bond and I did promise him he'd never go. Sadly life gets in the way of things!
