Does any body know whether there is any one that can repair hunt whips? I have one with a snapped shaft. (I think that is what it is called) I thought it may be cheaper to repair mine rather than buying a new one. Any thoughts or recommendations?

we took ours to just our normal tack shop, they sent it off and it cam back fixed... it was quite expensive, but was a family heirloom... you can get them off ebay cheap, but they are nice- my friend got one so if its not anything speacial than maybe best to do that...?

I would be quite reluctant to replace mine as it has seen me though some fantastic days hunting, and it is a really nice one what were the repairs to yours? Are we talking hundreds of pounds?

I too took it to my local tack shop to get it repaired. Can't remember prices, but give them a call they will be able to give you a rough idea over phone.
