Hurrah !! The Boy's grown !!

he's grown two inches at the bum, and one inch at the front - now 14.3hh and 14.2 hh respectively. He's 3 1/2 now, so fingers crossed I hope he will make 15 hh......is that likely ? he was about 13.3 when I bought him in October.

Is this the coloured in your sig?

If so , I wouldn't be surprised if he made 15hh at all. My Dales mare grew her final inch between 6 and 7 so he's plenty of growing time left yet!

certainly possible SM - the heavier types, and some warmblood breeds are well know to continue developing up to the age of 8, though most rarely gain any height after 6ish.

thanks so much..he has just another inch to go in theory... yes it's the pony in my sig! he is also growing wider too, so he's a very impressive chap now compared to when i bought him.

15hh, you will be lucky, try closer to 15’2hh if he is anything like Bodey!
I bought Bodey at 3.5 years old and he was 14’2hh. I had him properly measured (with one of those sticks with the bubbles) about a month back (he is rising 7) and he is now 15’2hh!
