I know I shouldn't wish my life away, but I know that come January I am going to get a new horse to love and fuss and I seriously cannot wait much longer I am getting all fidgety waiting cos I am daft like that, I have been without a horse now for over a year and I really am ready to move on......
I have the stable reserved all ready....just got to get some more stuff like new grooming kit etc etc...and start a fresh....arggggghhhhhh so excited! :D :D :D :D

Pointless post really but I am just on a high cloud to the fact I am getting a new horse...woooohoooo and it will not be anything like my old lad....nothing will ever replace him he was so so special to me and still is, however I have sooo much love to give the new one now.

Sorry bout the rambled pointless post but i'm just so HAPPY!
(and possibility of perm job in January too) so I can go horse shopping mad lol :D

How exciting, I would be going mad - I don't do patient waiting very well!
But, looking it another way - you have just a month to enjoy lie ins, clean hands, non freezing hands and feet, actual money in your account, a social life, a washing pile half the size, an aroma other than eau d'horse muck ....etc - you get the picture!!
Enjoy the free time you have now, and have an amazing time when your new horse arrives!!!

I'm in the same boat as you Merlywerly, but I've got to wait till the end of February  I don't do patience - have a countdown on my mobile phone which tells me it's 82 1/2 days to go :o

I'm constantly window shopping online for all the things I need to get, but my little chap is a foal so can't buy anything yet due to sizings!
