Is there a boot that takes water and goes up to the knee?

My new vet suggested spa treatment but my insurers wont cover it so next best thing might be to try DIY it. I could use a trug but he likes playing not putting the foot in the bucket game and at 17.2 its hard to hold it in there lol

cellulitis that has gone as far as it can with antibiotics etc , theres just some stubborn swelling left
