Hypocare

Yes. My boy had a bad raw patch on his crest so gave it a spray with Hypocare (tried everything else on it...!). To my amazement, it worked a treat and was hugely improved thenext day and almost completely healed within 3 days. It's now a permanent fixture in my horsey first aid box. I've also tried it on bad insect bites, scratches etc. great stuff.
 
I've used it on myself a couple of times and have been very impressed. Not used it on sweetitch but have on general scraps and cuts (of which my overly energetic 3yr old lunatic has many!)and they heal quickly and well. It doesn't sting right away so easy to spray on pansy horses (like mine)
