One of my ponies has been on Prascend for years and now I’ve just had another diagnosed :(. Poor little D was a bit of a rescue, an ancient little Welsh that I didn’t think would be a long commitment. That was 3 years ago. When I took her on I was clear I was going her a huge favour and didn’t owe her anything, so any costly vet treatment would be out, but she’s wheedled her way into my heart, so I can’t let her not be right and ignore it. I only got her tested because of her lack of summer coat and she seems a bit quiet lately. She did shed her mammoth winter coat, but what was left was like a normal pony winter coat. She’s never been sick or sorry since I’ve owned her and tbh is the last bother out of all of them. Fingers crossed she’ll do well on Prascend if I start it slowly.

My other mare is on two tablets and I have another two on one bute a day, so my vets are going to love me. ?
