You dont need a full harness Just a breastcollar and driving saddle. The easiest way to do it is with a mountain board. Then have the traces be used to pull you. Have them attached to a kite surfing handle, so you have a large and comfortable handle to grip. You then hold your reins in the other hand. Have a practice long reining before you get on a board, so you can get the hang of it.
