I am a WOBBLEBERRIE!! So..

I feel like I should be doing more/something!
I don't think there has been any formal training yet has there? I've only had my horse a matter of weeks so still getting to grips with him and thinking "ah I've got ages yet" I will probably still be thinking the same come summer, that's the scary bit!!
I had my first lesson in years and years (bar one actually!) last weekend which threw up an unexpected issue which I need to sort.
I've not jumped in such a long long time!
 
I'm thinking about joining up as there is still space in Scotland. Trouble is one horse is probably finished and the other is in foal. Friend has said I can borrow her cob who is up to doing a 90cm BE I think.

But really I would rather buy one to make it all the more fun.

Yes same here but Hannah actually changed my outlook on life so I reckon I will defo do it if I'm in the right area. Horse wasn't right when it was advertised so I held off but at least I know I've got an (experienced!) stand in.
 
I've also been thinking I've got loads of time so no hurry, but feel a bit behind as haven't really started! Suspect Jan onwards is more realistic but I am aiming to do a couple of dressage tests this year at prelim, and to up the sj lessons as that needs the most work. Haven't seen any specific clinics etc near me yet, and surprisingly Herts doesn't seem to have many wobblers ��

I applied last night from Scotland and got in, so there's still time for other wobbleberries up here! Quite excited now - and have dropped some really unsubtle hints to my husband about a new back protector for Christmas. Here's hoping!

I think for me it's the fact she wasn't far off my own daughters age and she's useless with a cold! Such an inspiring girl.
I too am thinking that I may use daughters little horse as back up if the jumping side of things on new boy doesn't go to plan!
 
I haven't sat on a horse since 13th August when I had a fall and nearly managed to remove my own arm (idiot!). I keep seeing everyone on the Facebook pages saying that they're out and about hunting, doing hunter trials and having lessons and I'm not even allowed to drive yet!! GAH! Feel like I am really falling being.

I feel a bit the same Wimbles! My boy and I took on a couple of mini-events this autumn, but literally teeny fences - nowhere near the 80cms we'll need! In the meantime, I'm thinking about getting myself fit; which is more of a task than I'd like it to be!
