This is Poppy - she is an iron grey (mum and dad grey) you can see it quite clearly now - she was born liver chestnut.
I believe by the time she gets to 4 she will very obviously be grey.
It is possible I suppose that the picture might be a bit deceiving but I think I agree with you - Chestnut or Roan.....

If you google the phone number with the space removed you will find details of both horses shown - although not the advertised grey. A "country treks" centre apparently, the phone number is of the centre and the name belongs to the office staff.
