Hello Everyone hope your all having a good weekend. Well it has taken a long couple of months of sleepless nights, but I have finally decided that I have to sell my little chestnut mare. She needs to be doing far more work than I am doing with her I have been going out doing the bsja thing but I cant get to enough shows to keep her occupied. She loves jumping and she is very quirky and I want something a little more sedate, and be able to go out on a hack and not worry about falling off (I have only fallen off once and managed to keep hold of her). I am just worried that I won't find some one who loves her like I do. Am I doing the right thing??

You probably are, but are you sure that you don't have the time/money/will to work with her and you can both improve, the hacking thing would come with time and patience.
But if you are sure, then yes, you are doing the right thing, i am sure you would easily find a home for her and i'm sure that somebody would love her very much, and you could offer your love to something else that you have more confidence in and can trust

yes emma you know you are! - there is someone out there who will be the perfect owner for her - and there will be a horse out there looking for a loving owner like you - there may even be someone on this forum looking for a fab, quirky, annoying, difficult, sweet, funny, shiny jumping horse like her. anyone??????x x x

I know but she is still quite cute and is a pain in the bum, grumpy, tempremental, un loving, but great conformation and a fantastic jump. I am just a softie that needs a horse that loves me ( and she does when she is ill).

Thanks Bean all my friends keep telling me It is the right thing to do because I have lost all confidence in her, so when she is naughty I am too scared to reprimand her especially when we are out hacking.
