I believed I could fly! (How wrong am I?)

I believed I could touch the sky
my horse thought about it night and day
spread my arms and fell away
i thought I could soar
people saw me falling to that soggy floor


I believed I could fly
I believed I could touch the sky
in the saddle my bum just wouldn't stay
Parted ways with my naught bay
i thought I could soar
instead I just ended up very sore


I believed I could fly
i believed I could touch the sky
Here my confidence began to stray
As on the floor I just lay
i thought I could soar
I don't think this an-y more!
i believed I could fly!!!


well I found out that I don't fly! But wanted to share an afternoons work with you! I wasn't allowed to do much else!

Think I has to be one of the worst falls I've had! Knocked my self out and all I remember is flying over his head as he went broncing from canter! Then 4 people around me and two lifting me up......all seems a bit of a dream really! Apparently it was a spectacular fall! And I hoinked his bridle off as I went!

I must be a skilled faller offer!

Take it easy for a few days, if you knocked yourself out, don't risk another fall till your head has had time to recover.
