I brought a horse last week by paypal

Is this mare a quality mare worth breeding from? or are you just going to get her in foal for the sake of it with little understanding of the saturated market that horses now find themselves in. Im from a leading welfare organisation who is sick of people breeding foals willy nilly. Where on earth have the properly educated horse people gone?
 
Go for it Gina! - Ignore the 'wreckless breeding' comments. - Its a fair comment, but if they bothered to read the whol thread they would see that your not really adding to the saturated market! (besides, the poster has now trolled themselves out in their own post)

Hope the Drugs are ok for you - I'm so messy with applications (Ice Tight inside my socks style) - I wouldnt trust myself!!! :P

Do post a picci when she arrives - sounds like a Beauty! :)

I too bought my mare with Paypal, never had a repocussion from it either! I just see it as another way to pay for some thing, like using a debit card, credit card, internet banking, store card etc and like already said, it is alot safer in some respects!
I do not think that she is and un-educated horse person with no understanding at all, and how you can make that out from someone writing on a forum I dont quite know! I totally agree there is way too many people purposely creating un-wanted horses who are left to suffer but tbh we shouldn't all be judged by the standards of some low lives just because of saying they want to breed a foal.
I will be breeding my first foal next year, I WILL be keeping the foal for my children and hope I dont get judged for wanting to do this. :mad:
 
I have bought horses 3 times without seeing first and l was happy with all 3 best buys ever:)

Sometimes unorthodox methods work for people. I bought my horse unseen and untried. The seller sent him unpaid for.

It worked perfectly for us.

Baker, I think that my Quirifino x Clovergale (ex Clover Hill) born 2010 is a superstar. Dressage though bizarrely. As long as you are knowledgeable and importantly solvent/affluent then why not. I am not saturating the market with rubbish and if I were to breed such (and anyone could) then they would be broken, schooled and sold as RC/PC horses. Honestly we are not all numpties you know!
