I bumped into Flints old owners today.....

And nothing! They walked straight past and wouldnt even look at me despite being stood infront of them for a while! Even though I have 100% let things go between them- I thought it was alittle rude of them- or they could of said how flint is-then I could of said
"flourishing NOW!"

To be honest I would rather not have spoken to them, waste of time. They wont like how well he is doing now and will have only had snipe remarks to make.

I wonder if they're on another forum somewhere posting - "Saw Flints owner today and he didn't even speak..........."

I expect they were a tad embarrassed

That's just what I was thinking! Especially if they heard about what was said on here when you first got him back

You probably mistook them hanging their heads in shame for ignorance

Some people do not deserve the time of day!
I went into a showing class once to only realise at the end of the class it was my horse old owner judging, after the class I asked if she wanted to come and see her, instead she spent the rest of the afternoon in the bar! Baring in mind I live in Guernsey and the horse came from Berkshire it wasn't like she got to see her all the time!
I think I judge people behaviour on my own standards which is obviously very different! Sorry about all the spelling mistakes!

Sounds like you didn't miss out on much! I left a yard once and though I had to no axe to grind with one of the elder liveries there (ie not a teenager/young adult - you'd have thought there would have been a little maturity there!) I saw her in town said hello how are you and she pretty much blanked me and carried on walking saying 'got to dash' or something similar. Ie I don't want to talk to YOU'.
So many times in life I guess we talk to people even though we don't really like them, don't want to keep in touch etc. It's all a bit superficial really.
I think you saved yourself a waste of time!
