just got back from the hospital and got the ok to ride, managed to convice them that riding and holding the reins will be brilliant physio for my hand. Cant wait to actually sit on him (snuck on last week and just giggled like a child but hurt too much to do more than a few circuits)

So guess where i am off to this evening.................

yeah im gonna put a latex glove over my hand just in case but it is virtually healed now. Seems like forever since i have ridden properly (nearly 4 weeks now) and although i am eternally grateful that my friends daughter has been keeping him ticking over for me there is nothing like doing it yourself.

Thanks, I know what you mean. The lady who is riding for me is doing a great job, my boy isn't exactly easy, it's just fustrating when you can't get on yourself! I've done 4 months already... so what's another 3!!!!
