what an embarrasment my horse was tonight!

He is on holiday in a different field for a couple of weeks which admittedly does not have the most ideal fencing for horses. Still, he has never been an escape artist before (even when his chum at home broke through the fence, he stayed in the field).

Tonight I went to catch him, he decided he had other ideas, and he cleanly cleared a 4' wire fence nearly from a standstill, and spent the next 20 mins running round the next door field with a massive smirk on his face, until he decided it was time to give up!

He then led like a donkey all the way home!

What a little SH%$!

I shan't think twice about pointing him at anything out hunting now!

Hee hee!!

Is there something in the air then? My dopey TB escaped this week as well, just into the next door paddock so no harm done thank goodness. Didn't catch him in the act so still not sure if he went over or under but most unlike him to exert excess energy!
