Some members may remember me telling you all about my TB who had started to object to leg aids after a kick.......
he went to the vets for tests, and he has serious kissing spine - i just cant believe it and feel so guilty that he has been ridden (albiet not much siince problems started).
The vet said he must be coping well (7 joints are affected in a row), and he has to have 4 months off then be reassessed. Im not holding any hope - 50/50 chance he will eb a light hack (i couldnt ride him knowing the extent of it anyway). He is not suitable for the op due to age and a pelvis prob. Im so gutted, hes the best horse ever and its such a waste.
Hes going to be spoilt rotten!!
