Right, I have been ill for the last week and a bit with Tonsilitus and a nasty chest infection. Therefore I have been a grumpy, ratty cowbag.

I feel loads better today and OH is due back from working away tonight so I decided I would have a nice relaxing bath and make myself look half decent for a change.

I gave Betsy a pigs ear and got her fave mangy rope toy out to occupy her while I had a bath.

I left the door open a teeeeeny bit to stop me completely overheating (Fan = nackered)

Shampoo on and in bursts 'I WANT TO PLAAAAAAY' Betsy dog.

She threw her mangy (It is probably alive) rope in the bath. Then decided to chase it.

Que major splashfest - me trying to get that skanky thing out of the water and try to catch B mid air and her desperate to get the toy.

Needless to say I'm covered in scratches and she was crated for my re- wash in the shower.

Dogs!

The bath went a lovely yellow - greeny colour. BLERGH.
She thinks she is dead clever now, prancing about the house half soaked with the minging rope that she is not willing to give up for love nor money!
Horrible little animal!

And that's one reason why I'm glad we have just a shower room these days!:p;)

Bear cotinues to be amazed at the evermore cunningly ingenious tricks his precious Princess B gets up to......:D He's going to play with Spike, his new best friend tomorrow, so be prepared for the goss to fly!;);):D

Glad to hear you're feeling better, though! :)

After having been dunked in the bath a few times, Henry won't set paw in the bathroom while there's water in the bath:D He sits by the door and looks disapproving instead!

hhahaha our old Daisy dog would never let you have any sort of "cleanse" without her being present.
If you didn't actually lock the door she knew just how to hit it to open it, then would launch herself into the bath or into the shower cubicle - we used to find it amusing, guests - not so much :D

Thankfully mine doesn't jump in the bath but he is obsessed with water and will sit by the bath and stare intently at the water - and hence, me! V odd being eyeballed by the dog when you're stark b*llock naked in the bath...

Hence he's now generally shut out :-)
