I can't find a medium fit 14" saddle anywhere. help!

Please, my sons section a is surprising narrow and has quite a wither and so i am finding that most the little saddles are too wide. oes anyone know where i can find one please?

How short does it need to be? My friend has a basically new 15" thorowgood in a medium she needs to sell. The thorowgood are very short panelled and so come up 'small'
