Came out the side door last night :( horse spooked in school took off round the corner quite fast and I fell off landing (and breaking) the fence :(

Thing is, at my yard, it seems to be only me that falls off :( so must be rubbish rider :(:(:(

Feeling a bit rubbish and sore today :rolleyes:

Sorry pointless moany post :eek::rolleyes:

No point in sitting on the proverbial fence, ask an instructor to come in and give you a few lessons, grid work without stirrups , being lunged with exercises, and so on, you need to ride more, as until you have a secure deep seat you will be in danger of falling off.
She may also help to calm the beast!
Go to the gym and do some circuit training so you sharpen up a bit and are more flexible. Try cycling to and from the yard for a few weeks, improve your fitness by shortening the time allowed for the journey.
PS I hope your joddies are not too tight, I find this is a problem when mounting in winter!

Well, you know what they say, you need to fall off 7 times to be a perfect rider! If that's true I must be a bloody amazing rider! Don't feel down. Agree with MLT, circuits to sharpen you up would help :-)

Rather worryingly I have lessons :eek::o

Will start cycling, but if want to ride need to drive as no where to store tack :rolleyes:

Just feeling a bit pooh :rolleyes:
