because I was soooooo happy with my foaly!

As you know I've had real problems catching her/touching her in the field....I was taking photos before I got them in today and she sniffed me then let me give her a fuss. It was a proper arm over her neck with her sniffing my face cuddle and we stood like that for a fair few minuets :D :D :D :D :D :D

I got them in, took her headcollar off and we did our usual 'I have to let mummy fuss me while I eat' routine. I gave her a good brush all over and practiced picking all her feet up. I had some time to kill and since she's been so laid back I thought I'd get her rug out and see what she thought. She's never in her life worn a rug and she didn't bet an eye :D I flapped it about folding it and she wasn't 100% sure but didn't back away and then just gave her a fuss and popped it on and did the front up. I let her just wander round with it on and got her a little bit off food to munch then took it off, again no problem :D

Turning her back out she was a bit naughty and tried to run off but some dog walkers were going past and spooked her I think

What a cutie pie :) and lovely to have a cuddle, you probably won't be able to get rid of her now!

PS looking very good in the new rug :)

She had such a rough start so I'm so proud of her for trusting me. Rug is too thick and too small (she's been rugless all winter) but it was a good experience to try it. She's my first foal and I plan on her being my one and only horse forever so I'm in no rush :D

Aww sweet... We got a skewbald next door with a blue eye. He,s such a character I don't think I could sum it up here lol.

Hope you get lots more cuddles...

Aww what a little cutie :D
If she doesn't get wearing that rug now, she'll not be wearing it at all, they grow so fast :D
My filly has not long has a new rug and currently has a cold backside with her butt sticking out the end, but it can stay cold, or she can stop growing lol x
