I went for a 45 minute lesson this afternoon 
after not riding for over 3 years!!!
I'm aching already, but i have booked a group lesson for next sunday morning!
So pleased with myself. I rode a lovely 17.1 chestnut mare who looked after me.
So happy i'm riding again i've missed it so much!!
