Labrador x Bull Terrier puppies, and for £200 you get a puppy that "have been regularly flead and wormed", comes with "information sheets and a bag of puppy food", and will be "microchipped". Why would you sell the puppies only microchipped, but not vet checked or having had their first vaccination? But maybe they just forgot to add that info?
I have some doubts about how much accident this litter is, to me it looks like both the Labrador Retriever dog and the Bull Terrier bitch have been photographed on the same wooden deck. In the advert it says that the puppies "have been well socialised with people and our own dogs", which adds to my suspicion about them owning both the dog and the bitch. And added together with the wording in the advert, I just get the feeling that it is the same old We have an intact male dog and bitch, he "is a very loyal dog" and she has "the most fantastic temperament", let's breed them/have puppies-story that we've heard too many times before.
Besides, if you know that your bitch have been accidentally mated, today's veterinarians can fix that, without spaying if you don't want that done.
However, even though I don't understand the point with making that breed mix, the puppies are just as cute as most other puppies, and it is perhaps a little bit interesting to see what they seem to have inherited from each parent. E.g. none seems to have inherited the Bull Terrier head, but to me, none of them looks like pure Labradors in the face either, most of them have bodies that makes me think Bull Terrier puppy more than Labrador etc.
Having done a bit of Googling, unless I am mistaken they appear to breed labs and do lots of health tests on their breeding females and work their dogs so it may just be an OOPS litter.
Not ideal but on the bright side, they are only £200 each and don't have a stupid name...
I can't see the ad on my phone, I hope they can find good homes for the pups as bullx probably not that popular with those looking for labs.
Saw a weird cross of Italian greyhound x bulldog in the free-ads recently & it did seem intentional breeding of their pets.
