Well i have been good friends with a girl and shes just borought a new horse
and shes lovely :)
its a grade B showjumper and she said its a 15.3hh that jumps 140cm
but now she hardly talks to me shes ingoreing me and it seems im not good enough to be her friend
but i dont understand why she would do this
its like shes trying to say i dont wana be friends cause im to good for me coz i have a showjumper now

what can i do?
i wana be friends but now shes just ignores me and when i comment on her horse she like loves it it say somethink about my horse and she ignores me!! :( ? x

totally agree with binky - she is no friend and neither is she a friend you should want in your life - she sounds totally shallow and far too much up her own peninsulas to be anybodies friend xxxx

thers also a quote along the lines of - "always be nice to all those you meet on the way up because you could always meet them again on your way back down "

Shes not a good friend by her actions alone! I am sure you ahve better friends who are worth your time and effort. I would still say hello to be polite - there are all sorts of people in all walks of life and some are just like this so don't take it personally but don't waste anymore of your time - people come into our lives for a reason x:)

Sorry you are being treated this way; but I think it will prove to be a blessing to find out this girl's true nature.

Anyone can buy a fancy horse but no one can buy true friendship and she doesn't deserve yours.

Unfortunately this is normal teenage girl behaviour. We've all suffered it at some point, some people never grow out of it, especially in the horse world for some reason. This is the time when you really start to learn about the world, and find out what a thick skin you have to develop.

Welcome to life growing up lol!!!!

As already said thats normal teenager behavior, I to like yourself was overly keen and without sounding harsh tried to make my pony run before she could walk spoiling a beautiful pony though am not ashamed to admit it as it made me the way I am now.:)
The girls on the yard when I was 12-13 had grade a and B SJ and my pony was wild half of it was my own doing sadly:(
They used to laugh at my pony not true friends.
I had the last laugh when I finally took on board people who were more knowledgeable advice and few years later my horses though a handful were fab I had a great instructor and worked in horses and was full I could take no more clients on to teach. One of them gorls that took the p*ss out of me and pony all them years ago turned up at the yard for RS lesson seen me having lesson on one of my horses and were gobsmacked :D I ended up teaching them on RS and had to bite my tongue not to take the p*ss even though it was years ago they laughed at me :D
Take it with a pinch of salt Thats not easy when your young but if you listen to the good advice thats on here and hopefully your instructor you and your horse will do what you want to do and do well :)
