i dont know what to do...

I need to change the ownership on my horses passport however i have rang the number on the net for her breed - one of the numbers is not recognised and the other is an answer machine telling you to ring the first.I have emailed the email given and have not received a reply t4 i am still none the wiser. my problem is that my horse was sold to me with a passport and a receipt - the receipt is signed by the breeders groom but he never changed the passport to my name !
Sorry for the essay but does anyone know what i should do next?

my old horse is still in my name as i was out of the country when he was sold and noone has ever said anything about it.
