I dont think my horse likes me!!!!

Was feeling a bit lazy tonight so thought i would do some groundwork and loose schooling with him as he can be a little but unruly on the ground at times!

He follows me around like a lost puppy so thought a quick bit of join up and then we can play with a few manners with a mini obstacle course!!!

Well he managed about 6-8 circuits of canter around me before i clearly became very dull and he simply popped the 5 bar gate and p!$$ed off down the field!!!!

I'm totally feeling the love by him!!!

Needless to say he didnt get away with it! Was caught and lunged to prove a point!!

haha I bought my x husband a horse.. turned out the horse hated him, id offer him a polo and hed be all over me, if the x husband offered him anything hed look and pee off at speed.. the horse was right.. I got rid of the husband!!

Oh dear, don't feel too rejected! Could have been worse - I'm not feeling the love from mine either - was picking a front hoof out, had just put it down when BAM I suddenly saw stars. He'd kicked out at a fly on his belly and caught my head with his rear hoof. Fortunately he's not shod behind but it really hurt and made me cry and I bit my tongue too. I'm sure he didn't mean it.......much!
