I am so sorry , can understand how gutted you must feel, I imagine its every dog lovers worst nightmare. Absolutely not your fault, and you did everything you could to help the poor dog.

I'm so sorry for you, what a terrible dreadful thing. We lost our wee dog under the wheels of a taxi last christmas and never for a second blamed anyone but ourselves. I think it is wonderful you reacted so quickly and so well, there really was nothing more that anyone could have done. What a nightmare. Do try not to dwell on it, i know how hard it is. I shake driving by dogs on the road even now xx
