I fell off...an 11hh pony!! ;)

On Wednesday I was helping out at junior pony club camp, we were doing mounted games, leading the kids up and down, throwing them on an having great fun. And between us we managed to bribe the instructor to let us have a race on the ponies! We all chose a pony, and just for a laugh I chose the little 11h pony (nb he was stocky and could take my weight!) so I got on, had a whizz around on him while everyone else got on.
Our race started and I dropped the bottle so had to get off... Thought I'd be clever and vault back on... And I flew straight over the other side pony just stopped and looked at me like wtf are you doing woman?!

Needless to say the kids could ride the ponies better than us!

I have done this too, hacking back at the end of day's hunting, and one of the children wanted to swap ponies (mine being 16.3hh ).

I thought I would be clever and vault onto said teensy weensy pony and went straight over the pony and landed on the road, I felt like a complete t&t

Haha that made me chuckle!
He was tiny, I'm so used to vaulting on Gypsy who is 13.3 I completely forgot... I dont even think I touched his saddle, just jumped over him!
