as title really. I kept the hoss in until lunch time to save the field, went to open the gate tiptoeing through the puddles in Crocs.....and feet slipped. I held on tight to hoss's headcollar thinking she might throw her head up and rescue me, - but no she very obligingly decided to give me a kiss. Cue me lying prone in 2 inches of liquid mud, ankles to ear.

IT'S JUNE FOR GOODNESS SAKE.

I've gone for a hot bath. Humph.

sorry but you have made me giggle - turning out in crocs !!! teeheee ... you really were under the illusion it was summer - summer was the couple of days of sunshine months ago - did you miss it !!

hope you and your pride are not too sore !!

hehehe crocs !!!

LMAO, very funny, it so could have been me, I wear pink 'nurses clogs' whihc I convince myself aren't crocs on a daily basis!! (they are good though as me and my filthy yard footwear are not allowed in the house!) :D

Make sure you wash behind your ears!

I'm very much hoping they are NO pics, and i'm ashamed to say that the muddy jeans and t-shirt are still lying on the floor in the lobby.
MW it was in the gateway just outside the field so I missed "the stuff that would get me banned if I named it" and I was v lucky to miss a large patch of shoulder high nettles.

I slipped down the field today, whilst dragging wheelbarrow behind me... Sat on my butt, pulled handles of wheelbarrows down with me, thus tipping basically a full barrow of sh down my back!!!! Arggghhhhh! And I then had to pick it all back up............ Grrrr.

Feeling your pain!

HEHEHEHEHEHE!!

My husband is a firefighter and he has a pair of crocs by the front door, alerter goes off, and he can slip into said crocs fast and run in them!!!! But they are realllllly slippery in the rain hehe, I turned out in flipflops yesterday, so you are marginally safer than me lol

Hehe ;)

Don't worry though, I got STUCK in the mud the other day. Spent too lack stood still in a muddy field having a chat and when I went to step away my foot was stuck! I managed to pull my foot out but left welly behind in the bog! Got out clean and dry in the end though.

Don't get too excited digger, my firefighter brother thinks he is far fitter than he actually is :D. Many girls think he is fit , but is it the disgusting grey trousers and T shirt that make them think this :D

That happened to me too today! I was entertaining the farriers 4 year old whilst he shod my horse and got completely stuck, lost my balance...and down I went!
Apparently you can clean Crocs in the dishwasher OP! Never tried it personally so don't hold me responsible if they melt! :-)

Also stuck in the mud bringing in yest morning! Short boot pulled clean off, cue me hopping back 4', then lots of boot pulling with one hand while holding pony in the other (thankfully heeding the 'stand there' and just looking at me oddly). So could have been worse as at least he stood still - but then his field mate tanks past, covering pone and me in a wave of brown stuff. Thank God for half my wardrobe seeming to live in my car as was on way to a course!

Crocs, tho... Really? :D
