Such an utter relief! Having got to the point where I was ready to give up as I couldn't find a yard a great friend of mine (my ex YO!) put me in touch with a lady near her with a yard which had 2 spare boxes. Bit ramshackle but fences good and stables solid, assisted DIY for £6 a month more than I am paying now. Feeding, T/O and B/I included in price 
And we each get our own lock up for hay/shavings/feed etc.
It's a bit further out than I wanted but halfway to work so with the t/o & b/i I would only have to go once a day. Dog is welcome too which is a relief as he is hating being stuck at home and I am struggling with giving him enough exercise. YM has a staffie but is willing to put him away if they don't get on as he is out all the time anyway. Also their school is a 10/15 minute hack away but they have a sectioned off grass area we can use. Also it's within hacking distance to my RC so I can go out competing again
