Pictures I found my brave pants!! XC schooling with Arlo 😀

Went off to a XC clinic with Arlo today. It’s a venue we had been to once before last year but he was only 4 so just treated it as a hack and popped a couple of logs.

Today I was determined to jump everything which we did! Apart from the super big stuff! I know it’s still small really but this is a massive achievement for me and Arlo.

I am so so proud of him, he was just impeccable from start to finish and even became designated lead horse over any scary stuff!! It was really nice, everyone was so complimentary and couldn’t believe he was only 5. It was such a lovely confidence building clinic with super friendly people. Looking forward to doing another!

I did think about offering an emergency loan home if it got cricital . I'm so pleased he's turned into something so fab as I really liked him from his original advert.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments. It definitely hasn’t been easy but it’s times like this I realise how lucky I am to have found (and now be able to keep) such a fantastic little horse!! Onwards and upwards!
