I will be working at Saratoga for Michael Matz. I am very excited. I am not sure what all my duties entail, I know it will start of by unloading the truck, I am sure there will be some hotwalking, probably some manure to pick up, etc. I can not think of a barn I would rather work for - not only Michael's success as an olympic showjumper, or winning the KY Derby with Barbaro, it was just when I spent a week with them in January they really were do professional.

Congratulations GTs, you will keep us up to date won't you?

Congratulations! Does this mean you've decided against going to vet school now? (I'm sure that's what you were planning to do...may be wrong.)

I cannot believe it was that long ago that you went up to Michael Matz barn. Time really does fly.

What a great way to get your foot in the door! I am sure after working with you for awhile your charm will come through and you will be right up there with the big wigs soon!

Good luck! But what will Nugget do without you?

Congrats GTs.

Are you going to be with them over the entire summer?

Good luck and as always, plenty of pictures for us to drool over.

Pacthes - that was the plan. I had always liked racing, and since seeing it in Jan, I knew it was what I wanted to do.

Jade - Nugget will still be working in Boston. He has a new driver called Jose who took his carriage driving test yesterday. Nugget will be in good hands. I have really grown fond of him, he is love. I even rode him the other week.

We have not discussed past the 6 week Saratoga meet, however they are always in need of good help, so I just have to work extra hard to show my worth in the short time I have.
