Those of you who saw my impassioned plea last week re my new Grasmeres and how difficult they were to get on....... I think i've worked something out!! I did get hold of an Ariat boot horn thingy but it didn't help. However, while i was in the supermarket, eyes glazing over in the queue, i saw 'high gloss knee highs' (pop socks!!!). Hmmmm.......slippy slidy socks.........tried them tonight and they worked a treat!! Well worth the eye-watering embarrassment of standing there with 'pop socks' amongst my stuff!! And only 1.49 for 3 pairs!
