I got the field!!!!

Saw the field owner today, looked around, said YES and I got the keys to me new field and stables! FO is going to drop the main gate key off tomorrow evening so I can order in the hay to be delivered and I have to set up the standing order for the rent every month.

Plus, my other friend said that I can have her shetland on loan for Jake to ride and to keep Lucy company!

Even my OH is getting into the idea of it all and is planning picnic benches there for barbeques and what he's going to name his chickens, LOL!

Anyways, I'm going to spend this week getting everything cleaned and tidied up down there for when Lucy comes next Monday to her new home.

Lol @ your O/H but good idea for the seating though. Sometimes when you go to visit ponios you don't always rush around doing something. Its nice to be able to sit and relax too

fantastic news, you must be very relieved as well as excited

we have an old caravan as tearoom at our farm livery and 2 picnic benches lol, nothing better on a nice sunny day to have a cuppa while watching the horses, of course we our weather we're more often than not sat in the caravan with a cuppa trying to see the horses through the rain lol
