I have spent all morning shuffling ponies around, cleaning pony and getting tack sorted in between trying to muck out as I had some-one coming back to have a second look at a pony. 30 mins after the time they were due to arrive, I realised they were not coming. It doesn't take 1 minute to pick up the phone and tell me they were not interested or not coming for any reason. I was totally honest and told them everything about him. Why couldn't they have been honest with me and let me know they were not coming? I have re-arranged my whole day, I bet they don't have a care in the world. Rant over, breathe..............

i have had farriers like that in the past!!
at least you can be rest assured that pony wont be going to idiots like them!
 
Well if I was you, I'm afraid I'd of been on the blower politely asking where they had got to because I'd re-arranged my whole day around them coming!

You don't have to yorp down the phone at them like some crazy woman but you explain that your not too happy about being stood up....might make you feel a bit better :D

I would love to but I think I had better calm down first :)
They were lovely people as well and would have loved him and given him a fantastic home. He is advertised so cheaply because I desperately need him gone so I am already wary when people phone.

Thanks for listening, coffee and nicotine may calm me down. :)
 
i found when i advertised my boy a few years ago cheaply (for a quick sale) i had little interest, the farrier suggested putting the price up so i double the price and was inundated with calls, he finally went to a vet (i was happy!)

put the price up abit!!
 
I thought of that as some-one already said that he is too cheap. Problem is he has not done anything and people want them out and about for anything more than I have him advertised at. I may resort to that yet! :)
