. . . I hug my horses everyday :( and I have also been know to give them the odd polo . . . :o

I don't seem to be able to help myself.
 
I talk to my horse like she's human - AND she gets hugs and treats and wrapped in cotton wool. Do I need to join "horse huggers anonymous" too?! :shocked: :p
 
Mine are absolutely my babies. Hugging, kisses on the end of the nose, giving them human emotions and the like. Guilt of all of them and many more I suspect lol
 
Me too :p mine get talks on how my day has been- and the odd bitch about people- they're the only ones that never say a word to anyone else :p I also talk for them: "gypsy says there's a monster behind there" or "destiny says that was soo fun I just had to buck" :D
Oh and they have a whole bucket dedicated to fruit & veg for them :p
 
I give her cuddles and kisses and just generally give her some love and attention and talk to her alot. She seems to like it though, i think i'd know if she didn't haha. She loves cuddles :)
 
me too., he also gets the odd slap, im very unfluffy but currenty he has BRIGHT pink over reach boots on.. i am reformed. :D
 
Oh god, I do the raspberry thing too! But I can trump anything other owners have confessed to because to my undying shame, all my horses get a mince pie each (veggie, natch) in their brekkers Christmas morning and Boxing Day morning. Well, that's a lie, the shetlands have to share and only have half a one each morning. I read that all donkeys kneel down at midnight on Christmas Eve (except if you're watching) and as my lot appear to have more than a sprinkle of donkey genes in them, it feels nice and seasonal. Please, please don't report me. Off now to hug a bunny.
 
My pony gets hugs and kisses - I talk to him like he's my baby (at 2 he is my baby!) If im fed up i'll go have a cry with him - when my husband Granma died he went to see the pony to get a cuddle and have a cry!!!

And I am not ashamed to admit it :D:D
 
My lad is a cuddle on legs, he loves cuddles, twitch massages and lots of love, until he gets fed up and wanders off. My girl is not one for cuddles, but she likes to let you know you are welcome with a really loud whinny and nickers a lot at you.
I just love their soft muzzles, ideal for kissing :p:)

I cuddle mine also it's first thing I do in the morning when I turn him out and first thing when I catch him in at night makes all the bad things go away. Christmas day he gets so of that black Irish drink in his feed don't shoot me
 
(Whispers) yep I give my old girl a cuddle and (hangs head in shame) kiss her furry ears, which she obligingly lowers to head height for the purpose.

My other chappie isn't so keen on all that canoodling, but has to endure it every now and then :)
 
Shame on all of you ..... Enjoying your horses, whatever next???

Mine gets hugs and kisses everyday, and treats just for being nice to me!! I love there silky soft muzzles so perfect for kissing and smelling that lovely horsey smell. Ponio doesnt enjoy but puts up with them when i visit his loan home!!
Not given mince pies (yet) but i do give them a can of that black irish stuff on christmas morning!! They love it! haha
 
I hug my girl everyday too.
I also thank her very much after each and every ride, and tell her how gorgeous she is too.
I tell myself how lucky I am to have her and never take her for granted.
 
Oh dear, I too am a bad bad person.

I tell my girl every day that she's gorgeous, I thank her when she's been good and when she complies to my requests... I love to hug her, to kiss her right behind the ears (she used to be head shy girl, not any more).

I confess, I give her ginger nuts and even the odd banana or orange... my bad :(

And every night before I leave I tell her that I love her...

I think it's better than hugging bunnies, there's just so much to get your arms around :o Though it seems I quite clearly need to seek help for my addiction.... ;)

I asked my horse to marry me the other day after an argument with OH. Does this count as mollycoddling?
I also brush his forelock a lot because he likes it (although when I brush it to one side he looks like Hitler).
 
Hate me if you will, but my horse is desperate for a cuddle but Im just not that kinda gal... well most of the time ;) So if anyone has spare cuddles... I am positive he would love one!! :D
 
Flicker - I thought that was ust another post until I read the last sentence. Its not often I laugh out load.

These are awesome!

I share apples with my two. One bite for him/her, one bite for me, one bit for him/her...you get the picture.

I have a friend who, before she goes XC, has to go through "eyes, nose and ears". It involves privacy! Don't ask!
