My daughter has made me a signature.
This is Manni who she and I share. We have had him on full loan for just over 2 years. He's 15.3hh and about 7.5 years old. I don't think he had done much before we got him, but with us he has been to PC camp, PC rallies, unaff SJ, XC and ODE. Daughter hunts him every week and he is absolutely fab - never stops at a jump and goes first or last. More than once she has been asked to give the Master a lead over jumps!
He is so kind and genuine. He tries his best to do what you ask even if he doesn't quite understand.
I ride him twice a week for hacking, but am not brave enough to hunt or jump!
He can be a bit 'kick along' but if you know which buttons to press, combined with a good helping of oats, he can be quite lively!
We originally got him for my daughter to have alongside her competition pony who she did BSJA on. Now she is 16, and out of juniors, he has been sold and so Manni is an 'only horse'. We also hoped that my husband would learn to ride on him, but in 2 years he has only been on him about 3 times! Manni was so careful with him, walked really slowly and took having a complete beginner on his back veeery seriously.
We love him to bits and will be devastated when the time comes to return him to his owner (not yet!). So I just thought I would share this with you all.
