The girl came back this afternoon and I have accepted her new offer of £2400. I'm happy with that as it will be a lovely home for him. Thanks to everyone who offered opinions and said how lovely my boy is! x

Well done! literally just read you previous post and also thought you should ask for a minimum of £2000. He is a lovely boy.

She really increased her offer then!
£2400 for him is a good offer looking at the current market I think.
