I have always wanted to name a horse...

I decided that my foal was going to be called 'Whirly' 11 months before he was born. Sadly he didn't look like a whirly so he's Percy. BUT.......that means that you can call your horse whirly :)

We have a foal due next year that has been tricky to achieve and a rather expensive venture.

A colt will be Broke the Bank
A filly will be Costa Fortune.

I actually did call an ex-racehorse that we were given.....Elvis.......

When he was sold on, the new owner called him Ginger.....how unimaginative is that for a chestnut gelding?!

I had to go and find your other thread to discover what colour he is -

The Un-Dun ? :)

Dollar (a buck is a dollar)

I think names tend to come to you once you get to know a horse, it might take 6 months though, I once had a foal called Juno's Baby because we just couldn't find a name that suited her.

Is this a stable name or a show name you are looking for? Anything that rhymes with his current name?

For a show name I have always wanted to call a horse "The ------------ Horse" (insert appropriate colour)
