Having sorted out a routine that suits both me and my friend i have been riding her TB mare. Now prior to this I didn't like the lanky, gangly breed
Much prefered a chunky stamp of a cob which i am used to riding.
However i have found myself liking more and more the elegant long gangly tb legs, the faster gears she has and yes even the TB typical quirky moments she has. I wont be trading Tess in for an ex-racer just yet but i think in the future it may be a breed to be considered
Have another schooling session coming up with my mum, and im excited and looking forwards to riding this 5yr old mare, who is an ex-racer but is a total sweetheart. Cheeky at times but very babyish and relies on the rider
Im going mad surely
who would want a gangly, bad footed Tb pffft
