It was just not econcomic especially after receiving the exclusions on the new boy for front legs - due to racing injuries and skin - due to a nettle rash the day he was vetted it seamed little point. The two vetrens were only third pary, fire and theft (lol) but you would have thought they were down for vets bills as well !. I was paying £70 per horse for my public liability and found out i would be covered for any horse i own or handle for £56 (i cant remember exactly) from the BHS- this also gave me the same personal accident cover.
So called them today - they were very nosey and wanted to know the full ins and outs and they tried very hard to "blackmail me" but its cancelled now.
I have set up a direct debit to transfer the monthly premium I would have normally spent into a squirral account.
