Well, I have justified it because summer coat is well and truly the only thing between her and lashing rain and wind. Her little bog brush tail is not much defence, and it was on offer in Go Outdoors...

It's only a little lightweight... That makes it ok doesn't it?

I confess I had to do this for our 2 year old cob too! All his summer coat out and lashing it down as it is.
So it's ok by me
