Well you’ve got company because I breed shire and Percheron x warmbloods for dressage. They are magnificent, light athletic and rideable. In between I bring on nice cobs for dressage too.

Percheron x warmbloods! Please please can I see?
At my last yard they had 8 percherons but all mahoosive. Beautiful but enormous. I think a x would be perfect ?

My dream cross too, but my hopes of being able to ever afford to buy one are slim to none - I have seen a couple of well bred ones and they really do have the best of both worlds.

Want to go halves? ?Yeah me too! Not the money as much as it would be wasted with me, im 45 I dont wish to go out competing etc days for that are long gone, I don’t particularly like dressage ? weird I know, but I do like cross country but not enough to warrant a big expensive horsey.

I love training dressage, and I'm pretty sure I said I was going to come and move in with you on another thread not too long ago but I can't remember why now, so it sounds like a great idea! ? I'll let OH know he can have the main bedroom of the house we just bought to himself after all ?

My lovely gypsy cob just won the dressage league at our local venue. When we walk in I see people pointing and laughing at her moustache. They soon stop laughing when they see her move ??? and beat the fancy horses ?
Well done! My friend just did her first ever dressage and got 70% on her big fat hairy cob as she called him!

That's brilliant ? I love seeing them doing well. They try so hard for you ❤️??
You would be proud if you saw him lol, he is the epitome of big fat hairy cob, she moved yards and hes become a different horse, hes had no schooling whatsoever . Hes so sweet though and will try his wee heart out, this is all coming from a horse that would not leave the yard and would rear if asked. So super pleased ❤️
