We went across some huge fields and had a canter, we cantered along side each other then I went behind, then in front. He was so good listerned to me and was so balanced, he just floats!

Then we hacked back along a quite road, he has never been on the road before, 4 cars passed us, they slowed right down and he was brilliant. Went past cones and walked over a big SLOW painted on the road and he didnt put a foot wrong. Fab, will give him day off tomorrow then take him again on Monday. I am so pleased because I bought him as a 10 month old foal. Have done all the work with him myself, just sent him away to actually be backed, altho I had laid across him. Sorry to go on but im just so pleased!

Thanks every one he is gorgeous, just needed today to cheer me up, have had a lot of upset in my life (long story) recently, I was on cloud nine riding him, my mate says we have such a good repore together, poor little lad has had all my troubles told to him, and lots of tears cried on his shoulder too, he is such a loving little chap, always comes cantering across to see me, as tho he wants me to cry on his shoulder. Love him

Well done to you and your little chap - I'm sure you'll continue to go from strength to strength (obviously there will be the odd hiccup on the way!).
Good luck with him, he's obviously very nice natured - something that can't be taught!
Keep us posted about his progress!
