One of my dogs (tiny JRT) loves me more than he does the OH. :D

A week or so ago i pulled a muscle in my leg, so could'nt walk the dogs as usuall.
OH drove up to the common, parked and was going to take the dogs for a walk while i sat in the truck.
OH walked off with Alf on the lead with Bud suposedly walking behind, well....... Bud stood and looked at the truck, then at OH, then at the truck :D then at OH again, walked off cocked his leg, looked at both of us again, then legged it back to the truck. :D he flatly refused to go with him without me, lol i think OH was quite hurt bless him
Anyway the next day he was put on a lead and made to go.:D
Bud is ten this year, i never knew he loved me sooo much.:D

Naww :).

Our dogs love whoever is feeding them at the time, the Pointers see my OH as top dog though. They do listen to me but they don't show the same level of respect to my commands as they do his :o.
Little IG is currently going through 9 month old mad puppy stage and we are lucky if he listens to anybody .

I feed them, but they get so excited when OH shows up, because it's waaaaallkiiiieeeessss!
I always thought they would just go with anyone, obviosly, it just was'nt right for me to sit in the car. :D

Betsy seems to love us in different ways. OH is the super fun daddy and I seem to be the cuddly humin.

When I use my 'serious voice' Betsy does what I say, first time.... no hassle. Her beloved daddys serious voice seems to mean bot all. HAHA

Forgot to say... for the first 6 - 9 months of Betsy's life I was just some stupid humin that stole daddys attention. I was completely ignored. Ignorant little mare :o ALOT of focus training later and B now understands that I wear the trousers in this house!

Lol if OH walks off they stay with me. If I walk off they follow. Or once I needed to go to loo at yard tied Teal to tree, OH was working next to him and he got out of collar to get back to be. In my house I AM THE MUMMY bringer of food, and discipline but OH does many Walkies but never has sweeties but I do. And Teal would be attached to my hip given the choice.

I just don't understand i never notice before, we'v had Bud since he was a pup and he's ten now.
I suppose i always walk with them, and if i don't i am at home, so he does'nt see me.

CC, is Floof going to be his long term name now?? :D
