I have my first intro with Ali planned...

Annaharvey on the 18th of May, which gives me plenty of time to "fine tune" everything! It's a nice venue, I've already competed there several times with Castle, and went hunter trialling with Ali there last October, so we've already jumped a few fences which will probably be used for the intro course... They have two hunter trials there in April as well, so I'll definitely be making the most of those two oppurtunities So... any tips/advice etc. would be greatly appreciated!

Great plan, can't wait to hear about the preparation and a good report on the day, plenty of time between now and May to get him up to speed (you never hunted Ali - it was all a wonderful dream!!). You might be able to fit in some schooling round the course as well.

best of luck - Annaharvey is a lovely venue. It has always been lucky for me. Not sure what my plans are yet. Doing Tyrella and Rademon in April and then planning to put Hati in foal, so might not make it to Annaharvey. The horseware event in Dundalk is a lovely intro course if you want a prep run (I think it is in March). Might see you around on the circuit.
