Just wanted to say thanks for ALL the advice- we are getting there- blumming slowly but we are- so some pics to celebrate!! (I think!)

But most of all we like a cuddle/snooze (shhhhhhhhhhhh on the sofa) but are fractionately peeved we are not allowed on without the hoomins!

Actually when he is asleep like that you can do ANYTHING to him- cut his toenails, pick him up and shift him, poke any sore bits.... rarely opens his eyes!
 
Tis true he has come on- just a long way to go is all!!

Does like to sleep upside down, once he has wedged himself between you and the sofa!
 
You know I love your ginger gob****e, he has grown into a very handsome boy and you must be so thrilled with his progress.

Its always harder taking on a rescue especially with problems but aint it good when they make good. Those early days must be distant memories now:D but you are not one to sit on your laurels,
you want to be better and you will get there even though you never thought it was possible.

He is a propper smart looking dude I have to say....he has a propper cheeky look about him too:D
You have put so much into this boy and he looks like he is definately worth it to me:D he is so LUCKY to have landed on his feet with you, and I for one am very impressed at the work you have put into this boy you have certainly gone the extra mile, there should be more like you out there willing to put in the hard work with their dogs instead of giving up at the 1st hurdle, which you certainly have not done.
 
I'm not normally a big fan of dogs of this type,but he is a very cheeky and appealing looking chap!!

Like the sofa pic,he looks very comfy and convinced he belongs there lol

Just did a quick search when I saw you'd done a bit of posting on this part of the site to see whether you ever did get your own doggy....and you have!

I have had Teal for a year almost and he has taken so many steps back with a few forward re other dogs, slowly but surely we are getting there.
 
He is a really lovely looking dog ( biased as two of my staffords are ginger!).

What size is he? I had thought from previous descriptions that he would be about the size of a small lab bit he looks smaller than that in your pictures?

Yeah small ish lab is probably about right- dont have a tape measure so have never measured him!!

Soz dylan my hoomin lady is a bitz rubbish is it- will have to sorts out some walkies soon- find extra spesh smeelyz stuff to rolls in!!
