So I thought I had my addiction under control having not weakened for nearly 2 years (743 days actually) but apparently all it took was a new pretty colour of saddle pad to come out and I went a bit mad - pad, headcollar, baselayer and ears purchased in a flurry of debit card (the nerve of the tack shop not to take Amex) (who knew they don’t do polos anymore - too hot for their legs I assume??)

(If your afflicted and have a nice chestnut horse (or any nice colour of horse, or a rocking horse, or a clothes horse ) do not look at le mieux macaroon it is very triggering )

(Off to hang my head in shame and try forgive myself …)

Ps if you don’t like this colour - what is wrong with you ????

I do like the colour, it reminds me of lime milkshakes in the local market town with my mum and gran when I was about six years old!

Luckily my horse and the LM saddle pads don't get on. Their rugs however.....
I love teal and went down a Horzehood rabbit hole last week unfortunately

I think its a lovely colour! I don't do matchy as i don't bandage or boot and i see no point in ears (sorry!) but I do really like nice colour pads. Unfortanately horse really likes poly pad type ones so the choice in colours is pretty limited

Polypads are doing some really smart looking saddlepads etc now - they do saddlecloths/ numnahs with the layer under the saddle padded rather than the whole lot too.

Otherwise I've thought that the Showponyprep and supreme products pads looked smart too.

I believe they have closed down? (Polypads) were they not part of Thermatex.
Did I make that up

I was defeated by the Horzehoods teal too.
Trying not to look at the sparkly equestrian Stockholm ones. Sparkle is ridiculous, horse will be a laughing stock. No sparkles, no siree.

Yes I tell you where I got it from! There was a thing on FB ages ago, someone saying they had ordered from Thermatex, Poly pads and Comfort Zone and not received anything from any company.
The replies were all that they had gone bust and I assumed they meant all 3 companies. I see Comfort Zone is also still going which is good .

I love jungle too.
But I think they are only doing the shiny pad in CC which doesn't work with my saddle
